Having officiated at numerous competitions, from grassroots Sciath na Scol to higher levels, Cathal brings a deep understanding of both the letter and spirit of Gaelic football & Ladies Football. His expertise extends to the specific rules governing Sciath na Scol in Cork and Cumann na mBunscol competitions, making him ideally placed to guide teachers, SNA’s and coaches in preparing teams for success. He is the current Referees’ Officer for Sciath na Scol.
