And sometimes, without even noticing it, caring can turn into carrying.

You replay the difficult interaction on the way home. You wonder if you could have done more. You feel responsible when a child is struggling. You say yes when you're already stretched. Or you reach the end of the school day with very little left in the tank.

Care, Don't Carry is a practical CBT-based webinar designed specifically for SNAs who want to continue doing their job well without their job taking too much from them.

We will look at the thoughts and habits that can quietly increase stress, including over-responsibility, guilt, people-pleasing and the pressure to keep going. More importantly, we'll look at what you can actually do differently.
