WCWAUT26407 Restorative Practice and Conflict Resolution Skills for Teachers.

This is a 4 week course with sessions each Wednesday - 4th November, 11th November, 18th November and 25th November from 4.30-6pm each day.

This interactive course will help participants to develop restorative practice and conflict resolution skills. Course materials include activities that can also be used with students to help them develop emotional literacy, managing anger, grief and other difficult emotions, improve listening skills and classroom discipline. One of the sessions will also focus on dealing with potential criticism and tensions at parent-teacher meetings.

Thomas Riedmuller is a German-born mediator and educator who has been a transformative force in the field of conflict resolution in Ireland since moving to West Cork in 1999.
